2016 Bloor Parade

Yavir a ray of sunshine at the Bloor Street West Ukrainian Festival Parade
Yavir School of Ukrainian dance proudly participated in the Bloor Street Ukrainian Festival Parade. Our energetic and colourful entry caught lots of interest and applause.
Thanks to Adrian Rotko for putting the float together, Nadia Husejko for preparing all the costumes, Brad White from Glendale funeral homes, for the use of the flatbed truck and being our driver extraordinaire, Father Palisa for lending us the largest Ukrainian Flag we have ever seen, Amanda Maternicki and to all the dancers instructors, and parents who participated in our entry and enthusiastically promoted the Yavir School of Ukrainian Dance.
